  1. Great post, I would suggest healthy eating as well as fitness and exercise will help. Lot of ideas for that. Beside walking, swimming and cycling, if they are lucky enough to be close to their grandchildren, just playing with them will bring so much joy and benefits, more then any walking distance :) Enjoy your retirement guys, you deserved it.

  2. Love this post. I feel as though people assume when they get to an older age they can't work out anymore. Or even better, they use it as an excuse. This post clearly shows the many ways and benefits, which I love. Keep it up.
